  This hotel is a dive! Right up next to a no tell motel. The whole place smelled like a musty basement and was very dark. The carpet looked like it had not been updated or cleaned since 1977. The night manager was rude. My husband and I are platinum members with Best Western and this hotel is NOT up to the standard we have come to expect from them. I will never book this hotel again! I also want to add that I was booked into this hotel for a week. I checked in after midnight and checked out at 8 AM. I stayed the rest of the week at a different, MUCH nicer hotel that wound up costing me less.

  Stayed at this fleabag for one night in early June. Small golf trip, we had 3 double rooms. Buddy of mine booked the rooms but I put our room on my credit card. Checked out on morning of June 7 and $100.79 was charged to my card that day. A few days later my buddy discovered a duplicate charge of $100.79 on his credit card as did other member of our group. Called the hotel today. Woman said that she could not access my account and gave me their "Customer Support" number. Called that # and lo and behold they could not access my account either and she told me to call the hotel! SCAMMERS!!! BTW, the hotel itself is a dump.

  This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. There is no elevator and room was on second floor. Carbon monoxide detector was beeping when I entered the room. Phone to call front desk did not work. Bedspreads had long black hair on them (dirty). Television in room did not work second night. There looked to be a frequent visitor parked on side parking spot, lady with missing teeth, who came and went throughout the day and night. I believe she was turning tricks. I really wish I would have left right from the start. Did not feel safe here.

  Very clean rooms and bathroom. Bonus for our family of 5 is that it has 3 full beds instead of 2 and a pull out couch. There was no road noise and we had a very restful evening. There were lots of amenities in the room, good size mini fridge with freezer component, microwave, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and coffee maker. Mac was very helpful and even fixed the eggs hot and fresh for breakfast, a mommy's treat.

  I booked online at the hotel site and when I checked in I was charged a different price, at checkout, I was charged even more. On site manager said that the charge would be changed back to what it originally was, but my card was charged the higher price. NEVER AGAIN will I be scammed by this hotel. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
