  Room was nice and spacious. Great amenities at the hotel. Disappointed in staff. We checked in on Wednesday June 10 about our toilet running constantly including the pump. By the time we checked out Sunday June 14th Noone had looked at it. Front Desk said we'll you know it's the weekend and staff doesn't work. Housekeeping cleaned our room took all the towels and didnt leave any new ones. We had to ask for them.

  Really happy with my visit to Best Western Premier Des Moines-Ankeny Hotel. Quiet, cozy, and exactly what I needed for the trip. Great location, friendly staff, and a restful stay. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Ankeny.

  My son had a soccer tournament in the area and this hotel was very accommodating to our whole team. The conference room and facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

  I had a great experience at Best Western Premier Des Moines-Ankeny Hotel. Quiet, cozy, and exactly what I needed for the trip. Great location, friendly staff, and a restful stay. Highly recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

  This might be the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. If you are traveling with a group, there's a very nice lobby area to get together with people outside of your room. Breakfast is average (it's free, so I can't complain), wifi worked, and the room was clean. The front desk people are lovely!
