  Spent one night no issues Until I get home credit card company shuts down my card for fraudulent charge same day fraudulent charge on another card I used at the same time to purchase a soda Only place I used one card also only place I used both cards Coincidence??????

  Very clean, has a pool, they offer a key to planet fitness for a workout, very clean, breakfast open at 6am to include eggs bacon sausage pancakes cereal toast Danish juice and coffee. Snack machines and ice machines. Washer and dryer. My room had two tvs and a couch and a small table with a small desk with office chair. A comfortable bed. Clean. Oh and a small fridge in the room too. Overall, a very nice experience that would positively add to any vacation or travel.

  We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and although the pool was on the smaller side, it was more than enough for us to enjoy with our young daughter. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, happened after we checked out. We had put some clothes in the closet—including our daughter’s beloved Elsa dress—and completely forgot to check the closet while packing. By the time we realized, we were already almost back in Atlanta and had to fly home to Korea the very next day. We had no idea how we would be able to retrieve them. Dave Desai handled the situation with an extraordinary level of professionalism and care. He first checked the closet and confirmed that the clothes were still there. He then personally went to the postal service, found out how much it would cost to ship them all the way to Korea, contacted us for approval, arranged the payment using the card we had used for our stay, and sent the package to us. A few days later, the package arrived safely in Korea. Every item had been carefully folded, placed inside a Best Western bag, and packed perfectly. I was genuinely touched by the amount of thought and care that went into it—especially when I saw that our daughter’s Elsa dress had made it home safely. Dave went far beyond what we could reasonably have expected. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful ending to our trip into one of our most memorable experiences of hospitality. Dave, thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family. I sincerely hope you are recognized as the exceptional employee you are. I highly recommend this hotel to any family, especially those traveling with young children. The hotel itself is comfortable and welcoming, but it is the people and their genuine care that make this place truly special.

  Pool is not clean. Was here three days it looked the same. Also breakfast is very minimal and never changes
