  There is almost never anyone at the front desk, we had returned to our room late at night to find unclean sheets and pillows on the bed with unknown substance this was after already being locked out and having to fix our cards. The remote had been taken from the room when we went to front desk they were no where to be found. Couldn’t get new sheets pillows or remote. The room smelled of smoke. I ended up calling corporate.

  1. Booked thru a booking company and asked if dogs were allowed. Upon arrival they charges $40 cash for our dog. When looking later pets were not allowed. Someone put that money in their pocket. 2. Checked in late so just went straight to the bed. Woke up to being bit by something. There were bugs all in the bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  Excellent staff !! I booked a room on points, because my semi was wrecked, and it was going to take a week to fix. At the same time this happened someone worked at Speedco in Jackson stole my wallet when I mistakenly left it on the front counter. It was 0600 so it had to be an employee. No other customers were around. Needless to say I brought the truck to Freightliner McDonough, and booked a room here. Every single person that I dealt with was EXCELLENT in demeanor. They exhibited the epitome of the definition of the hospitality industry. Rooms were ultra clean, and comfortable, quiet, and made resting in a very stressful situation easy. I want to make sure that Stefani stands out for her supervisors. She is a very kind, and empathic person, and deserves special recognition for helping a stressed out traveler in need. God bless you girl. The good Lord knows what you did, and I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Excellent location, tons of food, can't ask for a better stay.
