  I use this as a stopover on my way in and out of FL. Been there many time. Good rates and great service. No five star but convenient and safe. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only downside is it is older and some of the fixtures and fittings are showing their age.

  There was an issue with my booking and Trisha the Assistant Manger was so helpful. She truly went the extra mile for me and it really made all the difference. They also had free cookies from 6:30-8:30 which was a huge plus!

  The cleaning staff were wonderful and the space is nice. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with the receptionist upon check out. We mentioned that the one and only parking spot marked “do not park - Loading zone” was occupied by a red jeep all morning. It was pouring down rain so we waited patiently for the jeep to move. We come to find out the jeep belonged to the receptionist, who just shrugged her shoulders and said “I apologize”, But then continued to sit there in her baseball cap and sweatpants, ignoring us. She never moved her vehicle and we were forced to load everything in the pouring rain. It was surprisingly rude and unprofessional.

  I was very pleased with the room. It cooled down quickly. The room was clean the beds were made. Sheets were comfy pillows were great. Internet not so good. Had plenty of towels and plenty of washcloths. Continental breakfast was delicious. Plenty of fruit coffee muffins eggs bacon sausage waffles. Enough to get the day started. The staff was very friendly. And knowledgeable of the area I was satisfied with my stay and I will be back.

  Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean. Outside pool was well maintained and clean. Continental breakfast was good and plenty of options available. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
