  Hotel room was disgusting. It was obviously never cleaned before our visit or at all. It takes time to get this bad. There was blood on the shower curtain. Poop on the tub. Old m&ms all over the floor and an inch of dust on everything!

  You definitely get what you pay for. It wasn't great quality for the money to be honest. The cleanliness was pretty good in the rooms. But everything was low quality. Cheap sheets, cheap towels, and everything was very outdated. Our air conditioning didnt even blow hard. It took 5 hours to cool our tiny room down. The TV was a joke, I had to play with the chords for the picture to not be blurry and fuzzy. All the wood trims were peeling, the tubs weren't white anymore they were all stained yellow, and I dont reccomend the breakfast for anyone. The coffee was the only thing good. The vending machines are also a joke. 3 dollars for a water is insane. Not a great experience. Want to nickel and dime you upfront with fees.

  Please Be very careful. I have went to this hotel on several occasions within the last 3 months. The manager name is “Victor “ very nasty attitude. He speaks very fast English, talk to me as if I dumb. Lied to me about a discount, I stayed for 6 days straight. I stated to him I’ve already signed up. He stated he will give me a discount $50. I didn’t count on him to do nothing,He offered never did anything for me. They open breakfast up from 06:00 - 08:30. I arrived at 08:25 they were snatching the food down. No waffles, no eggs, The third time, the room was by the elevator, it was AWFUL experience, The fourth time the bathroom towels and the sink, bathtub was full of long Black hair. The bathroom floor was full of hair. Spiders in the bathroom sink.I find two spiders in the bathroom sink. A big hole in the drywall underneath the sink in bathroom. Drywall issues. The guy Victor is Assistance Manager, This hotel is a tip of . I checked out the lady gave me someone else receipt. I caught it and told her. Please go some where else for your money. Poor services. Not clean at all. POOR MANAGEMENT. The Tv had no CLEAR PICTURES. I call front desk, he said he didn’t know. Do not let them swipe your call for payment, till you check out. I stayed 3 days, they swiped my card , 7 days later they finalize the payment. When I left 6 days later. Do not use your sky miles.

  The rooms are spacious and the location was great for what I came for. The gentleman that was working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The first room I had the ac was not working. I had sat in the room for an hour and it was still hot. I got moved to another room and the air was cooling off the room and then about 2 in the morning that ac started making noise and stopped cooling off the room also. The tub had a spot that looked like someone tried to patch with caulk. The pictures show that it has a pool but the pool has been covered and made into a patio. The breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal and muffins. Nothing hot was prepared. Breakfast ends at 8:30
