  I came in there with my daughter 30 minutes before they closed. I was on vacation it was my last day of my vacation, but I’ve been dying to check out an official Byredo store, so I came in and the Woman that was there was amazing, I never got her name but she helped me and my daughter out with smelling all the different fragrances which helped lead me to Purchasing Bal D’Afrique Absolu! I got a very nice bag and a bunch of samples and even a sample Candle as well. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be purchasing Alto Astral next! 10 out of 10 experience!

  I returned to Byredo at Lenox Square in Atlanta—my second visit in about a month—and was hoping Angel would be there to assist me and he was, just 12 minutes before closing the store. (My bad!) Angel absolutely lives up to his name. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about Byredo’s fragrances and their DNA, and he remembered the notes and styles I loved from my last visit. Because he listened and recalled those details, his recommendations were thoughtful, informed, and perfect for me. This is what customer service should be: attentive, personal, and expert. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, but Angel is the standout—the kind of representative who makes you plan your trip around when your favorite rep is there. Please give this man a promotion, he truly deserves it.

  Taylor was absolutely amazing! He helped me find the perfect scent for my husband & even found one for me. It was lovely going into the store and receiving personalized suggestions.
