  Toaster was put off some smoke. I went to see what was causing it. An older black male employee, who had been working at the front desk, came up to me a a rudely said "don't put butter on the bread" he was quickly advised that didn't put anything in the toaster and was just trying to help. Totally unacceptable behavior. He had no idea what was happening but felt the need to chime in.

  I loved this place it was absolutely divine. Like a little oasis in the city. If the opportunity presents I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice, I can't thank R enough for his help, and kindness shown. And then the other staff members were so nice. And in fact the manager has a bird that she feeds and its lets her hold it. And every time she came out that door it started chirping. It was incredible to watch. And when I spoke to her you could tell she is a kind person. 10 out of 10! And to add that its within walking distance of every thing you need food and shopping and if you need essentials Target is right next door. It was incredible.

  Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Breakfast was really good! Quiet rooms, friendly staff. By Target, BJ's, Red Robin and outlet mall.

  Ladar made our stay so pleasant, she was kind, caring, and even bakes cookies for the guests. This location is old, but the rooms do not feel extremely outdated. They are clean, spacious, and have all the things you'll need for a travel home base (blowdryer, small fridge, microwave, iron, a desk for working, plenty of outlets, closet space). We will be back when we need to stay in West Palm Beach again. It is also very close to the outlet malls and the only local Red Robin location. The breakfast is great, varies daily, and we loved not having to cook or worry about the first meal of the day.

  The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Miss Ladonn is an amazing person as well as the other hospitality staff. The pool area is equipped with so many ways to keep entertained.
