It was hard to find , they need a bigger sign. But it's secluded and quieter than most hotels . Could be cleaner for sure but for the price really can't complain. I was there for a business trip anyway.

Checked into one room 105 and the smell was awful AC unit had lots of dust in it, so then put me in another room after I complained … 233 and everything is filthy in here. Carpet needs to be ripped out and replaced. Bet sheets even have stains and don’t look washed. AC in the new room was off when I got there so it took an hour for it to cool off. I’d only stay here is you plan on traveling with your own mattress and bedding.

The lobby smells like what that you would expect a house on the market to smell of when the last resident has decomposed there. The rooms are clean enough I guess. Just keep the AC going to hold back the cigarette musty smell. Close to some shopping and a couple of mid range restaurants. 15 minutes from downtown.

To start off the room was disgusting had toenails and socks. All over the floor. The bedding was disgusting. The temperature in the shower was inconsistent. They overcharged our stay and it was infested with bedbugs. They tried to move us to a different room. They also had bedbugs and did not want to give us a refund. Very bad customer service. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. We didn’t even stay one night there, and they fully charged us. I have never had this bad of an experience with best western They do not give a good representation of best Western

Not gonna lie we stopped after 13 hrs of driving from Ohio to try to sleep. Rooms weren't very clean, bed bug mattress covers with zip ties on the zippers and visible stains, looks like half of some lady's concealer was left on the hair dryer. Definitely recommend going a little further to get a clean feel for a goodnight sleep.
