Hard to find decent hotels nowadays but this one was one of the good ones! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the couch chair was a tad old and had a few little stains on it.
AC blew cold.
Breakfast was quite yummy with a variety of options. Kids loved the waffle maker. They had biscuits-gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes hash browns with peppers, different meat option each day, oatmeal, cereal, pastries and bagels etc.
Heated pool with hot tub.
Location of the hotel is nice. Right off to the side by the main road. Places to eat and things to do aren’t far away. If you wanted to- could walk over to Cracker Barrel right next door.

The service front desk was awesome. But when we got to the room was the issue the beds looked like they did not change them and they took. A nap on it. Still garbage in the trash and the humidity in the room was hight felt like everything was wet. Location very nice and price good too. Also if u late to check in no problem you have until 4 am to
check in
Great service, receptionist fantastic 😊

On my way from Tampa to Jacksonville, I got a flat tire not long after starting the drive. I needed to find a hotel nearby that was affordable, well-reviewed, and close to a tire shop so I could get it replaced first thing the next morning. The Best Western Ocala Park Centre I-75 met every single one of those needs.
Walking into the hotel completely exhausted, I was deeply grateful for the warm welcome at the front desk. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was strong, and the sink had great pressure as well. Thanks to the cozy bed, I fell asleep quickly and woke up well-rested the next morning.
If I had to sum up this hotel in one word, it would simply be "clean."
This hotel breached contract on the breakfast amenities. They overbooked themselves beyond the capacity of what the staff could realistically handle, and as a result, I was unable to get the breakfast included in my room rate.
I went downstairs five times, and every time they were completely out of food with a multi-minute wait for the next batch—only for the crowd to instantly wipe out the tray before I could even get in line.
Please put a cap on bookings if it goes beyond what your current staff numbers can handle. If I go to the website to book a room and none are available, that's understandable and not a complaint. Whereas being given a room but finding that staffing cannot properly accommodate all guests and fulfill contractual obligations is a big problem.
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but after this experience, I will no longer be a regular. This is entirely unprofessional.
