  The mattress was terrible; it wasn't at all comfortable to sleep on. My husband and I stayed for one night, and he started sneezing—it seemed like there was dust.

  Sehr gute Lage an der 41 in Naples, kurze Fahrt zur 5th Av und nur 5 Min Fahrt zum Loudermilk Beach. Service hat aber nachgelassen. Es gibt zwar einen Beach Shuttle um 9am, 12 und 3pm aber es werden keine Beachchairs und Schirme mehr angeboten, sodass man auf seinem Handtuch 3 Stunden in der prallen Sonne liegt. Shuttle war heute auch noch kurzfristig auf Nachfrage von 9 auf 10 am verschoben, das geht gar nicht, Gäste haben ja auch Pläne für den Tag. Poolarea war etwas verdreckt mit festgetretenen Beeren von den Bäumen, der Whirlpool war ausser Betrieb. Zimmer ok und renoviert aber Kaffekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

  Hôtel laissé à l abandon, c'est dommage, nous étions allés dans cet hôtel il y a quelques années et nous avons changé d'hôtel car l'hôtel est dans un sale état, sale, vieux et mal entretenu

  As an overall it’s a good option for a low budget but we need to report that during the night we hear a lot of noises and banging. In that part we don’t recommend to reserve if you want to relax and sleep good.

  We stayed there last month and were going to stay a day but the staff made us feel so well that we extended another day. Breakfast by the pool was included with offerings of pancakes, bacon, sausages, eggs, juice, cereals, coffee and make your own waffles. I want to thank the entire staff but specially Dominic and another lady at the front desk, the breakfast attendant and the room maid. They all outdid themselves to make us feel welcome. THANKS!!
