  The price is not worth the stay. The AC is very loud, the shampoo was only enough for 1 person not 4 adults, the bed is sticky, there is mold around the tub -- poor maintenance and caulking job that attempts to cover up the mold.. Wanted a comfortable stay and it did not live up to its billing. Overpriced, no complimentary water either.

  I stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks for work, I stayed in room 200 it was not the worst but the ac was coming out the wall,the shower head wasn't attached to the wall anymore and there were messed up patch work in the ceiling. The room may have not been the best but everyone there was kind and helpful staff and other guests plus their breakfast was pretty good

  The staff was the best I have experienced at any hotel, including luxury hotels and resorts. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was much better than at comparable hotels, with a much better assortment of foods too.

  I had a really great experience during my stay, especially thanks to the front desk staff. Jeania, who was working the night shift, was incredibly nice and friendly. She made me feel welcome right away and was so helpful with anything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a good experience. Debbie is a ray of sunshine, she was just as kind and pleasant to interact with. It was nice to see such consistent, positive service across different shifts. Overall, the staff made a great impression and really added to my stay! Welcome to South!
