  Room 119 has mold and the ceiling just covered by paint and when moved to room 122 I had to kill a ROACH. Front desk attendant both just on their personal phones

  Place has water issues. Water was coming up through the floorboards on the second floor. Front desk staff were kind, but Compensation was only a 25 dollar discount on a 150 dollar night.

  If you prefer motels close to exits then you will like this location. The exterior looks good and the lot is in good repair. The staff was friendly and courteous. We arrived on a motorcycle and the staff let us stay parked under the entrance canopy. Our room was about average and very clean. This facility has excellent water pressure and our shower needed a different type of shower head. The spray was to the point of being almost painful it hit you so hard. Some how, we never figured it out, after our showers the floor around the tub/shower accumulated about a gallon of water. The morning breakfast was above average. The only negative experience there was having folks bringing their dogs to breakfast so you had water bowls next to some tables. Also had to dodge a hunging pup whos owner was chatting it up with the desk clerk on the way out through the lobby. I’m guessing this facility caters to travelers with animals. Update: we stayed one night here again on our return to SW Florida. Different staff on duty and they were all just as welcoming and friendly as our last stay a month ago.
