  BUGS, RUN! My family of 4 arrived last Saturday to check in for the week. Everything looked fine, we were even upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Room 1, immediately saw cockroaches on the floor. Front desk came up to check and we ended up finding 2 more. All dead, and near the air conditioning unit. Benefit of the doubt with it being FL, but then I looked around the room and noticed it was extremely dirty in general (see pics). At this point I didn’t even want to stay, but the rude manager refused a refund and offered another room on a different side of the building. We inspected the new room with the front desk clerk who was very patient and respectful even though we were clearly frustrated. Room 2 looked better, box springs were actually clean, rugs were clean, no bugs I could see. We settled in, got dinner, and we were about to go to bed. I hadn’t looked under the sheets yet, so I took a peak. Saw a little black dot, zoomed in with my camera, YUP, BUG in the bed. Packed all our stuff up, called front desk, showed them, told them to get the manager on the line. They finally agreed to refund us. While in the lobby another guest stated they found bugs in their room also. Spoke with another staff member in the hall that said they’ve had multiple complaints over the last few weeks but all they do is spray the one room. After driving 24 hours with 2 kids, we were back in the car left to find a clean place to stay within a half hour since at this point it was 11:30PM. We ended up paying only a small amount more for a nicer hotel that was able to accommodate us last minute. It was a night and day difference between the cleanliness, don’t risk booking here!! This would’ve been my first time at a Best Western, I will never be back. 🤮

  We absolutely love the Best Western Plus Orlando. We've stayed here 4 times during trips to Universal Studios, as annual pass holders we travel here often and it has become our go-to place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub are maintained very well, and its affordable. Highly recommend!!

  Splendido hotel. Con meravigliosa colazione. Piscina per un bagno rinfrescante. Ottime camere con sempre caffè a disposizione. Ottimo parcheggio.

  Fantastic Stay at Best Western Plus Inn & Suites! Everything advertised here on Polynesian Isle Blvd is 100% true—no exaggeration! A sincere thank you to the owners, Mr. Bhavin & Heta Patel, and their wonderful team for running such an outstanding, hospitable hotel. Warm Welcome & Service: The staff greeted us warmly, provided excellent room service, and gave us full guidance on navigating local attractions. Convenient Transport: The free scheduled shuttles to Disney and nearby outlets made getting around effortless. Great Amenities: The hot breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the outdoor pool, hot tub, free Wi-Fi, and free parking made our stay super comfortable. With Walt Disney World just minutes away and plenty of shops and dining within walking distance, it’s the perfect place to stay. We will definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
