  Had bad customer service experience with front desk staff that came out today to let my husband know the pool area was closed,her way of going about it was very unprofessional and was as if she wanted to stereotype me because I spoke up as I was not to say anything…we pay our money and have all right to an opinion…she got defensive when I mentioned and ask why the outdoor patio furniture were so old and outdated as I was sitting on one of the chair and I was very annoyed since the morning time when I had breakfast sitting on the old chair so i thought I could have expressed that to her but it clearly seem she was mad because I simply ask if I could just wet my foot she said don’t make the rules and she is not management.Now tell me is this right way to treat a guest.She mentioned that the pool closing time was told at check in and on the website but pity she didn’t know my husband first language is no English so that how he misunderstood and didn’t know myself.Thumbs don’t for customer service at this location.

  This hotel is not fancy, and not all of the staff are friendly. The cleanliness could definitely be improved as well. However, there are several things that make it worth staying here. The location is great, the river views are beautiful, and the rooms have large balconies that are perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well, which made a big difference during our stay. The hotel also includes complimentary breakfast and free parking, which adds good value. The property is quiet and very relaxing. One of the highlights was the restaurant next to the pool, it was excellent, with great food and service. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, the positives outweighed the negatives for us, so I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

  Unwelcoming, condescending, rude and unprofessional staff. Guest rooms are poorly insulated. Management is a joke and accept no accountability. Stay away from this hotel. Definitely not recommended.

  Terrible experience – completely unprofessional staff and zero peace. I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The issues began at check-in with the unprofessional treatment from Jasmin, the front desk agent, who set a completely negative tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, things only grew worse later in the evening. The walls of my guest room were exceptionally thin, poorly insulated and you could hear disruptive guests this hotel accommodates, with no accountability. When I called the front desk to report the disruptive noise, the agent handled my concern with an unwelcoming attitude and complete disdain. A hotel should provide basic courtesy and an environment conducive to rest, but this property failed miserably on both fronts. I strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.

  Super Hotel, wenn man einen roadtrip durch Florida macht! Service spitze und mehr als freundlich und lustig! Nebenan gleich das Millers Ale Haus, bei dem es beim vorzeigen der Zimmerkarte 10% und ein sehr sehr gutes und hochwertiges Essen gibt! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super!
