  Still have two more nights here. I’m ok with an older property but this is just unacceptable. Best western, a hotel corporation can do much better than this . How disappointing. .

  We had a great couple of days here! The location is what we wanted, close to everything. The first morning there was a note posted no hot breakfast but Cheri came in and said she was working on it as someone had called in. With a little patience we had a hot breakfast! Woohoo,! And I have to say, it was really good! Little cheese omelets, sausage links and potatoes. The next day we had sausage patties, scrabbled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Cheri was helpful throughout our stay! High five to this staff member! At the outside bar Katie was exceptional. She knew what she was doing, friendly and on top of things. The town is cute and with a walk around,!!!

  The breakfast was bland. Rubber omelets,sliced Frankfurters. Polystyrene bowls and plastic utensils for the cereal. Tea and coffee selection was good.

  A great little spot for a trip. Only suggestion id have is maybe for a bit of renovation in the pool area or even just upgrading the patio sets and such for a more luxe vibe since the rooms seem to be renovated some.

  I've never written a review ever on anything. The reason I'm taking the time is because I really wanted to rate the service like a 10 out of 5, j/k I hope you are sitting down AND still reading. What happened was I got ALL upset over some minor flaw. I went to write a minus 10 out of 5 review, BUT I read did you review this with mgmt and I hung my head with shame ( i know im being melodramatic but ) Here's where I made my second review error. I sent it anyway. OK this is where a "Lone Ranger" named Rhonda called as soon as she read my review and in the history of the property no one had even mentioned let alone have a hiss fit. She just called and LISTENED and helped me gain some perspective. and THAT is what caused mr to rate HER outside the box. That for reading ( if you still are ) my almost "reverse rant" I gotta go and get another cup of caffeine, later, peace out Name withheld pending pyschiatric evalutaion, hahahah
