  Upon arrival we ran into some issues with our reservations due to a third party booking. Kelsey at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She upgraded us to a suite immediately. Our family appreciates the great customer service and pleasant experience.

  UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted personally by the General Manager, Jaime Teijeiro. I want to give credit where it is absolutely due. He did not minimize our experience or send a generic apology. He acknowledged that the condition of the room was unacceptable, removed the room from inventory pending inspection and deep cleaning, contacted their pest control provider, and is addressing the housekeeping and inspection failures with his team. He also issued us a full refund. While none of that changes what we experienced during our stay, the way Mr. Teijeiro handled the situation afterward absolutely changes my impression of the hotel’s management. Problems can happen anywhere; what matters tremendously is what a business does when they are brought to its attention. In this case, I genuinely feel that our concerns were heard and taken seriously, and I greatly appreciate his response. ……………………………………………………………………………………… One of the worst hotel experiences we've had. It started with a cockroach crawling across our feet when we returned from dinner. Later, while trying to go to sleep, we found a live insect larva crawling across my son's bed, near his head. That prompted us to start inspecting the room, where we found another live bug attempting to crawl into our luggage. Then came the cleanliness issues. There were hairs stuck to my bed sheets and numerous long, stringy blue hairs stuck all over the back of the bathroom door. I also woke up the next morning with the back of my thigh covered in multiple raised, welt-like bites. We tried calling the front desk that night to address what we were finding, but no one answered. As if sleeping wasn't already difficult enough, the AC unit made an incredibly loud, high-pitched sound, honestly similar to an ambulance siren, every time it cycled on. I understand this is Florida and an occasional bug can get inside. If we'd encountered one random insect, I wouldn't be writing this review. But a cockroach, multiple other live insects, questionable bedding and bathroom cleanliness, unexplained welts, an extremely noisy AC system, AND being unable to reach the front desk when we tried to report the problems is a completely different situation. We actually spent part of the night pulling apart and inspecting the beds ourselves because we were so uncomfortable with what we were finding. For $222 a night, we expected a clean, comfortable room where we could get some sleep. Instead, by the end of the night we were seriously discussing whether we'd rather sleep in our car. The one real positive was the location. Beach access was easy and walkable, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the condition of the room and our experience overnight. Extremely disappointing, especially at this price point.

  Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent, Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden und wurden uns kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch würde ich auf dem Teppichboden nicht Barfuß laufen. Insgesamt eine gute Lage, man ist direkt am Strand und nicht weit vom Raketengelände Cape Canaveral. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute, begrenzte Auswahl, jedoch sehr zufriedenstellend im Verhältnis Preis-Leistung.

  We upgraded to ocean view and that is the only positive thing I could say about this place…plus the staff, they were nice. Breakfast was disgusting. The beds were terrible that me and my kids back's hurt so bad we could barely walk the first hour after waking up. Our room had huge roaches and we were constantly getting bit by something in the room (not bedbugs). The bar at the pool was never opened. What a terrible place! I would not recommend nor would I ever go back.

  Stayed here for two nights for my birthday in the family suite. First of all they closed the pool for some undisclosed reason that they didn’t bother to tell us so the pool wasn’t open this weekend. Breakfast was tasty no problems there except for all the kids running around handling the utensils and picking their noses. That’s no lie parents not controlling the kids and second of all these had to be the worst beds I’ve ever laid on in my life from the sofa bed into the bedroom it was more comfortable if I just went and lay down seat back in the car. It was very noisy on Saturday night, a lot of shouting and hollering people and slamming doors and a very loud AC unit. Not sure I’d recommend to stay here not for the price they charge just alone for the beds. You’d be much better to Just sleep in the parking lot. I was very displeased based on the amount of money that we paid for the weekend. I mean, hard beds no swimming pool exactly what we pay for? Oh, and I forgot to add whatever idiot was calling room to room ringing phones at 2 AM.
