  Alicia and Crystal were very sweet and helpful people. Would definitely recommend talking to them if you ever need assistance with anything. The rooms on the other hand, need a lot of work. Unfortunately, my room had lots of mold, had lots of moisture in the room (you could see it on the walls), and the bathtub leaked when I took a shower (which is a slipping hazard). Couple other things to note, is that the room does not have a microwave or a fridge, and when you book the hold fee is 150…that can be pretty expensive for lots of people when a usual hold fee is around 50 bucks. This hotel could definitely improve in many ways, but I’m just happy I had somewhere to lay my head for a couple days.

  Service and location were good, but the room was not clean and I had to kill a couple of spiders in the bathroom. Found a hair that wasn't mine on the bed board. Wouldn't recommend if you're a germaphobe. TV remote was also weird and didn't work well.

  I was impressed by how clean the hotel was. The breakfast was very well prepared and had a great variety of options, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location was also perfect and very convenient for everything we needed. One thing I especially appreciated was the huge parking lot. I was traveling with a full-size motorcoach bus, and having plenty of space to park without worrying about maneuvering or finding a spot was a huge plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to start the morning off right. Overall, this was a great experience, and the combination of friendly staff, convenient location, spacious parking, comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast made this hotel an easy 5-star choice. I would definitely stay here again! 👍
