  I went to the Miami Maria Tash store excited to browse and possibly get a piercing. I had an appointment, but was told by Kristian my requested stylist (Viola) was running behind. I left to grab food (based on their suggestion) came back, and was told I was next, only to then be told someone was ahead of me after all. I’ve spent a good amount with this brand and was there ready to spend more, including getting an earring cleaned for another piercing. I was told there wasn’t time for that, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes anyway which would have been more than enough time, since I hadn't sat in the chair. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. The delays and inconsistent communication left a bad impression, and it’s made me hesitant to visit other locations.

  If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, stop looking and book with Viola. She is absolutely amazing! I was honestly surprised by how painless the whole experience was. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Everything was done with such precision and professionalism that I didn’t have to worry about anything. The best part? My piercing healed beautifully without any issues. It’s clear that Viola truly knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients and their results. And besides being incredibly talented, she’s one of the sweetest and most beautiful people you’ll ever meet. She has such a warm, positive energy that makes the entire experience even more special.
