  I was at the hotel visiting my brother who was checked in for 8 Days. Everyday i went to visit him after work, The young lady at the Front Desk was wonderful. Every day i came she was mopping floors and checking i.n guests. She gave such wonderful customer service l. Most of the front desk clerks do not even acknowledge that someone is waiting. This young lady checked in a line of guests and then proceeded to mop the floors and clean the Lobby. Teekira is a Gem. She was handling all her duties with ease.-I watched her oversee the pool, check-in guests Guess and maintain order in the lobby. There were some issues with the room, and when My Brother and I went to the desk, she was very eager to solve our issue and accommodate us accordingly she even asked us to stay in the lobby while she checked the new room, we were moving to to make sure that it was suitable. I watched a gentleman drop his wallet and the clerk picked it up and immediately took it outside to catch him, leaving the hotel. Her kindness is breathtaking. Her integrity and professionalism are out of this world. If you go stay at the Best Western Plus on Pulaski Highway the rooms may not be that good but the staff made it better particularly Teekira.

  Best westerns are always great, yet there's some that surpass their standards. And its solely the staff. Makes all the difference. And this happens to be one of those locations. Staffs here has been overly accommodating, friendly and professional. Very clean throughout. Great outside area with two pavilions each with their own ready to cook propane grills. Large well manicured yard and the best cell service in delaware =) thanks guys. Hospitality goes a long ways and yall got it in spades.

  Needs maintenance. Hot tub not working. Supposedly heated pool was cold. Breakfast was was underwhelming.

  Super friendly staff , room was clean, location is easy to get to but not much nearby , and not an easy walk to anywhere. There is a Texas Roadhouse across the street where you have to play Frogger a little bit to get there but the hotel is very decent.

  Upon arriving at the best Western check-in was fast did run into a little hiccup, but it was fixed immediately. Thank you so much, Randy he is amazing. Make sure you guys come and check them out. The room is nice and clean with plenty of space and they give you the Wi-Fi password right away most places you have to ask for it.
