  Fridge is dirty on the inside. The bed was hard. It was difficult to get to from the expressway. Limited electric outlets.

  Our stay was disappointing. The hotel had a musty smell, there was trash left on the floor of our room that was NOT ours. and the sheets had visible stains, which made the room feel unclean. On top of that, the shower wouldn’t stop dripping water. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements for future guests. I thought to myself sleeping in my car would be better then this so do that with what you will.

  We are Best Western loyalty members so always pick a Best Western when the option is available. We were charge a premium rate due to Holiday weekend but the value did not match the quality. This location is showing it's maintenance wear. For a one night stay it was fine and we managed. Upon entering the 3 rd floor hallway we were struck by strong musty/moldy odor. The odor was not in the room to our relief. In the room, in order of discovery - vinyl flooring was bubbling, fridge temp was off so had water puddle at the bottom, lamp in corner had a broken switch so could only be turned on/off by the plug in the wall, wallpaper repair was peeling, bathroom repairs were exposed plaster patches done poorly. Also exposed plaster near water is not the right type of solution. The air system is an in wall unit not central so just be aware of humming white noise keeps you up. We were fine with this. And all the other things were annoying but not so bothersome for comfort. The worst offender was the old TV. At least we had hope to just put on a movie and eat snacks. The TV model only allowed basic stations and no options for logging on to streaming services or casting up from a personal device. Thank goodness my daughter had her laptop from school. We did have to ask the front desk to reset the Internet after several attempts to log in and then finally a movie. The location is very good because it is close to restaurants and basic shopping needs. It was easy to grab dinner and some snacks. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was as expected for a Best Western. Again, we were charge a premium rate due to Holiday weekend, but I have paid less at much better locations. Just be warned this location will leave you sad for overall value it you pay an upscale rate of $380. At their average $80 during regular booking times it's fine.

  Stayed here two nights out of necessity but rooms were really not cleaned well and smelled horrible sheets seemed clean enough I guess but when using a backlight I was disgusted by the cleaning or lack there of stains and areas with heavy dirt would explain the smell . Bathroom cleaning products and hand lotion had been covered by hand lotion and really gross . The guy doing the overnight was heavily tattooed and had a crazy John Deere green hair color He looked like he had been at a rave. Really was unsettling to stay at this hotel the day staff seemed nice, but they need to change all the carpets and steam clean every room because they are really nasty, dirty and stink. I wish that they could remodel and seriously clean that hotel because it’s at a decent location would be nice Hotel when they decided to clean it
