  Only good thing is the staff helped with the bags -Dated -not many outlets -pics online aren't fully accurate -ac had mold and crap ton of dust and smelled like hot sewage

  Pass on this place. There were flies in the room. They seem to be breeding in the room. It was not ideal, and it was expensive.

  I give a 5 star for service only because Aleeya just saved the day in being a 10 for customer service after spending 30 minutes trying to cancel my reservation. Oh how I miss direct one on one communication for a simple task instead of all the AI or English as a second lanuage attempts to complete a simple task. Good job Aleeya!

  Stayed in Room #106, which smelled like mold really bad. There was visible mold growth on the bathroom ceiling, but that’s not where the odor was coming from. Seemed to be coming from the AC. There were also flies in the room. Pretty subpar for a Best Western, in my experience. Disappointing.
