  Esteban at the front desk helped me quickly check in after a long day! Hot water, cold AC, the carpet is stickier than I’d like but the price is right and the front desk is friendly. My room is quiet and I can’t hear the neighboring rooms. I have a scenic view of the mountains! Internet is fast Nothing is broken Clean sheets and towels But the carpet is sticky Maybe it’s me Just don’t take off ur shoes Thanks again

  It’s great to come back to this BW in Firestone. The service last time was great and Esteban did it again getting us checked in quickly. You can not go wrong with this location.

  This is a very clean hotel and the service was amazing. If you're sensitive to smells, even essential oils or perfume, I would avoid it. My husband couldn't smell it, but it bothered me a lot.. in the lobby and the room... The breakfast was very good too. I would recommend this hotel though!

  We were able to have an early check in. Thank you, Esteban for facilitating that! Our room was huge and very clean. The view of the mountains was great and we had a very comfortable stay and definitely would return. Breakfast was great and kitchen staff was very helpful. Only thing I would recommend you change - move the smokers from the front entrance of the building… not the best way to welcome people into the hotel.
