  The worst hotel . Darren frint desk agent hav eno human skills he is shame to Hotel workers that he represent , Gay comunity and City of Canon . Not knowledgeble of his role as ffront desk agent paymets room assigment or how to read resrvation his Unprofessional behavier will coast guest . Rude to point that when I ask to swich room for the one i book and after talking to tird party and confirm he call Police .. I will give Police 5 * services they ate Amazing in handaling situation . People like Darrel shoud not be Front face in any organization .. Police officer help us with finding room in other hotel ..Gm Stue or something like that Appologuze. If this is not his name . Apprently advise Front desk stuff to call police if guest are not happy with rooms but do not Vall him when he is off .. This is what Darren front desk agent claim to us and police .. Kinda sad I love Canon city I bisit gor 5 years in a rowe

  I have been at this hotel for almost two years. I work for a asphalt and concrete company. The management, hotel staff, house cleaning staff and maintenance staff are all very respectful, clean, friendly. I feel like I'm close to being at home. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest. The kitchen staff is great and very helpful, friendly and attentive to your needs at breakfast. The food is great 😃.

  When we got to the hotel, or room was not ready even though it was past check in time. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the walls, the floor of the shower was so dirty we put a towel on it before we would stand on the floor. The air conditioner barely worked. The pool was fine, but there were almost no towels. The whole experience left both my husband and myself very disappointed.

  I booked a king suite here for my birthday 3 weeks in advance. I got a call the morning of my booking letting me know that my room was overbooked. They offered me a room that was not comparable at all. This ruined my whole trip. Thank you best western.

  If I could give less stars I would. I was charged an extra $200 for an additional night I didn’t stay. When I brought this to the attention of the young man working at the desk he falsely claimed I “approved the charge”. Which is insane, I wasn’t even in town. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to let me speak with him. Not worth your time to risk having to contact your bank to claim an unauthorized charge. Wildly unprofessional and such a disappointment. It’s a shame what “customer service” has devolved into today.
