  I was tempted to not review this place, because it is a hidden gem. This is a Best Western, but the owners take superb care of the facility, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful that it reminded me of the attention to detail and level of service you see in European boutique hotels. The front desk was welcoming and ran the check in so smoothly and warmly that I regretted booking a stay at another hotel in town that I was testing out. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and they even let me know the draining and refilling cycle on the hot tub. Housekeeping was top notch, and the room had a neutral clean room smell, not that weird deodorized odor you often find in chain hotels. This is a great hotel for the price, and both individual travelers and families will appreciate it. Thank you for reminding me what hospitality can look like on the road.

  Over priced, run down property. Cold and obtuse customer service. I'm a loyal best western customer with diamond loyalty status and I cannot imagine ever staying here again.

  We came off a long hike and were able to grab a couple of rooms last minute. After a few nights in tents, this place was paradise. Clean rooms with happy and helpful staff. You can tell there is a lot of care put into maintaining this place.
