  The rooms are clean and the service was good. The only bad thing is that the room doors are exceptionally loud. The breakfast is so nice to have and that area is kept clean. The kids loved the pool area.

  Top high end hotel with a great view, very clean, pleasantly decorated well equipped rooms with windows that open to hear the birds & breathe fresh mountain air. Have stayed here for 25+ years & they continue to update, improve & very highly maintain this wonderful accomodation. Competitive pricing for Buena Vista & the season!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I travel frequently and can usually tell within a few minutes whether a hotel takes pride in its property and guest experience. From the moment we walked into the lobby of the Best Western in Buena Vista, it was clear that this hotel maintains very high standards. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms, common areas, and grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. When we decided to extend our stay by an additional night, the staff went out of their way to make arrangements and ensure we could remain in the same room, which was greatly appreciated. Another big plus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly, making travel with our dog easy and stress-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Buena Vista and the surrounding attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip.

  ★★★★★ Excellent stay at the Best Western in Buena Vista! The staff was friendly, courteous, and very accommodating, even helping us extend our stay by an extra night. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear the property is very well managed. The location is great, the breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the convenience of the small laundromat. The View Cafe & Gift Shop, as well as Pete’s Coffee, were adjacent to the lobby which was very nice. The hotel is pet-friendly and was a requirement for us. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  The Best Western at Buena Vista was great! Clean spacious rooms with plenty of channels on the tv. The water pressure in the sink and shower was very good. The breakfast was very nice with bacon, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, fruits and pastries. So, yes the food was very good. They had an indoor pool, but looks like the jacuzzi was unavailable. Ben and John did great in checking us in. The shining star goes to LeAnn in the morning who looked after us and help reduce the mistake I did. Look forward to staying here again.
