  Old quaint hotel. They do not have elevators to reach the second floor though. Breakfast dining is limited to the dining area and they dont let you take food out to you room. However, they do make omelets to order.

  I booked for 3 nights, all seemed ok at first. It was almost impossible to get a decent sleep there. The first night I got maybe 2 hours. Loud noises every 30 minutes. I dont know if it was a loud water valve but it was persistent all night. I tried to get a nap in the next day because I was exhausted from not getting sleep and still the noises were there. I was in room 267. Thr air-conditioning was really loud every time it turned on as well. I have stayed in many 3 and 4 star hotels and this was the worst because of the noise. The ac being really loud, a really loud water valve (i think) that would make like a water hammer noise and the neighbors and being near a janitor closet with doors slamming. I told the gal at thr front that I couldn't sleep because of the noise and was checking out and she said good. Unfortunately I paid through booking.com so im out the 2 nights I paid for because I couldn't sleep. I have stayed in doubletree, hilton garden, marriot, and a few others. Never had a problem, sure there is some noise but the best western was the worst experience I ever had in 20 years. I dont drink so i guess its fine if your drunk but not if you arent

  Trash customer service, unwritten pet policies not on their website that they don’t let you know about till days after you make the reservation then won’t let you speak to management about. Definitely won’t recommend or ever stay here.

  My family had two rooms booked under the same last name and I called to cancel one. the hotel cancelled both and did not send a cancellation email. While I understand it was a mistake, there was very poor communication and professionalism on their part in the aftermath. I would avoid this location if possible.
