  Well Couldn't get maids to clean. Our room was over run with Ants. We had to leave trash outside of room. Food crumbs in the pull out sofa as well as food crumbs by one of the beds from prior guests I guess. Room had an infestation. I was just on a layover of flights from disney headed back home. across USA. I tried to have the hotel handle this. They didnt care and now im leaving the review. They dont seem to care. It makes me livid to be treated like this by Best Western. I know they got my messages by now. Disgusting! I tried to overlook all the fog hair and big smell of dogs and tobacco in the room. But the Ants crawling on me was too much!

  Great spot to stay. They have a pool, its next to a starbucks and across the street from shopping.

  Not worth the money. Location is very convenient, however, room’s air filter was filthy and stunk up the room if “fan” function was on. Walls very thin and could hear the couple next door enjoying their evening for 30 seconds. Definitely shady dealings in the parking lot midday. The breakfast was very low-average, and the overall grounds were sadly neglected, with dog poop, trash, and weeds in the garden bed. Folks upstairs smoking marijuana and blowing into our room. Place obviously used to be very good but is bare minimum being just maintained. Not worth the money. I’d pay for a more expensive hotel room if that means a more clean and quiet experience.

  From the moment my wife and i walk thru the front door we were greeted with a friendly hello, The PROFESSIONALISM of Abiel Seleba and the knowledge of his work place and surrounding areas was above and beyond any hotel in the bestwestern chains. I would of given him and this hotel a 10 star, but it only goes to 5. I will now stop staying at Hilton in local area, and completely move my future stays in Santa Rosa area to this hotel, anyone who reads this, tell your friends and family, this is worth ever penny well done WINE COUNTRY INN & SUITES. IN KIND REGARDS MICHAEL & MARGARET thanks for making us feel that we have a home away from home at this hotel
