  Katherine in the office was a wonderful help. They are very pleasant people. The food at their garden cafe, is quite excellent, and very well priced. The lady’s in the cafe, were very sweet and nice. Overall a very good experience.

  Review is based only on morming front desk attendant. Was no help this morning my wallet was left in the room and I needed a new key. After explaing to the front desk they said "and? I need ID to give you a key" after I clearly stated my wallet was in my room and provided all the room/reservation info

  My husband and I needed a nice quiet layover hotel, and saw this best Western had a late check out option. We rolled in at about 1am and selected late check out which we paid $35 for expecting to sleep in. At about 10am they started pressure washing our room.....

  The staff is amazing and truly helpful the rooms are immaculate the grounds are beautiful I just have such a wonderful day when I'm here I would recommend it to anyone

  During the month of August, I checked into the hotel and the room that was assigned to me smelled like cow manure. It was late at night and the front desk said, it was willing to refund me because they have no other room available, but by then it was too late to look for another hotel. I covered my nose and went to sleep and ended up getting sick the following day. Worst experience I have had.
