  The reason I gave a three star total. It’s because the spa is broken and I was not told ahead of time. I checked in for three nights planning on using the spa all three nights. I could’ve stayed at a different hotel or even a cheaper hotel but I chose this one because it had a pool and a spa. I was also traveling alone and stayed at the hotel for three nights. I advised the front desk that I wasn’t going to need any maid service during my time and they never told me I needed to do anything and I went to breakfast one morning leaving my wallet person a lot of other things out in my room and when I left the front, my door was wide open. My room had been put on her list to clean on my second day of stay they skipped my room on the first day of stay but decided to go into it on the second day. Also, if you’re allergic to cats, they feed cats by their front entrance store not something I wanted at the front door of a hotel when I’m going in that also took down a star.

  Great place just in Santa Maria. Rooms are a bit dated but the staff is fantastic it's a great value!

  This place is an example of why the name is Best Western. Some others in the chain should probably be named Good Western or Meh Western, but not this joint. This right here... this is BEST Western.

  Very comfortable and mellow stay here for a recent work trip. The room itself was very spacious for a solo king bed, bathroom was the most spacious area I’ve ever seen in a hotel (vanity area, nice shower and tub set up). Free breakfast was a great variety (eggs, meat choice, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Check in and out was smooth and friendly staff.
