  Unfortunately, my stay here was disappointing. The hotel was not very clean. From the moment you walked in until you got into your room there was a level of grime. They are conducting construction all over the building and have 0 interest in keeping the dust/dirt consolidated in the construction areas. The biggest issue was the parking. The hotel advertises free parking, but guests are actually required to pay for parking. To make matters worse, there is no reserved parking, so you’re paying for parking without even having a guaranteed spot. When arriving at the hotel after a family members funeral there was no parking spots available in the hotel parking lot. Despite charging me for reserved parking the hotel had not done its due diligence to confirm that they had enough spots. When I asked the manager for a refund on the parking the manager told me they had no control over the parking lot so they could not refund me.(parking is $30 a night). There is also no street parking due to the construction and street sweeping in the area. I don’t mind paying for parking when it is clearly disclosed upfront, but advertising free parking and then charging guests is misleading. Please don’t waste your hard earned money to stay at this hotel. You are better sleeping on the streets.

  Check in was very pleasant. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. We booked 7 rooms and they were all on the same floor, and ready for check in at 3 pm.

  The front desk was aggressively unkind. Maybe she was tired. The note is undergoing renovations. Breakfast was the typical American motel breakfast of rehydrated eggs and stale bagels. They force you to pay for parking, which is silly for a roadside hotel where everyone is there because it's on the road they're traveling.

  WiFi is 10/10 Mbps slow and they advertised as high speed internet, this is my internet speed like 15 years ago.
