  Not a great experience the pool was out of service no smoking area or any where to sit and chill outside the hotel for guests or kids. If you do sit on the ground be aware of the roaches

  Overall a nice stay, but the bright outside lights at night tried really hard to break in through the thick curtains. It was never really dark in the room. Also we had the AC blasting on the coldest setting and the room never got cold and the AC kept turning on and off which was annoying. Also the eggs in the breakfast came out of a bag which makes me think they were powdered eggs initially.

  They are getting rid of the hot tub. The desk people first told us we could check in at noon, then got there at noon and told us 2pm instead. Rooms are nice, though.

  Our experience didn't start very well, as new Diamond Select members, we had to ask for our complimentary water, wifi didnt work and the system had to be rebooted for it to work and our room key didn't work the first time (had to return to reception to have them replaced). When we went to breakfast on our first morning at 9.05am, we had checked the hotel book to make sure we had the right times (6am - 10am) we were told breakfast had finished at 9am. We were also informed there was a small sign outside the breakfast room advertising these times. As our room was on the opposite direction to the room, we trusted the hotel information book for this information. The staff did not seem too interested about the information provided to guests, their comment was "the book hasn't been updated" . All windows in the room are less than ideal, they are so dirty it is difficult to see through them. The air conditioners are difficult to set and maintain a comfortable level of heat/cool in the room.

  I got grossed out. There was a dangerous hazardous environment for my 3 kids and their mom in yhe room we got. There was what seemed to be splattered blood on the ceiling, and on some furniture. I don't have an idea what went on in there only that they didn't sanitized the room and evidence enough.
