  The day shift front desk are horrendous! I advise against staying here and dealing with them in any capacity. Luis attempts to talk down to people, Michelle loves throwing out condescending language at people Habiba NEVER knows whats shes doing and constantly messes up everyones reservation and is the most rude individual ive had to deal with in hospitality. She always gets complaints yet they never do anything.

  A last minute need for a hotel, we got one during a very busy time. Room was very clean with great amenities. Will do it again.

  The hotel had extremely dated rooms. Our beds were locked sleeping on rocky ground(needs pillow tops). I liked the location and price was ok. My sister's room was really clean and better beds. Ours lacked good housekeeping, didn't leave tip. Breakfast needs attention as well. Really runny sausage gravy. The attendant didn't attend to my request. I did leave a dollar tip, but normally I would leave $5 if food was decent and my request isn't treated poorly.

  Outside door on the south side of the hotel does not lock. Anyone can walk in. I informed hotel staff of this twice in the last two months, but they don't seem to care about our safety.
