Pool closed by Health Department. Carpet filthy and needing replacement years ago. Sheets and mattresses stained. Signs of bedbugs. DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting

Literally, the first two nights were ok. After that I’ve been finding things that made this stay ugh for me. It is my last morning here and I get waking up by a stampede of people upstairs stomping by and forth. Like really it’s 6:25 in the morning. Come on now. Wish this was better. Won’t be coming back

The room was clean, the bathroom was okay. The rest of the room definitely needs an update. I hope that Best Western will be able to foot the bill to get this location an update. The employees were very friendly.

Booked this hotel via online booking site that is very famous. Certainly have no plan to use that site because it was a bad experience.
1. The room is very small and there is no desk or chair to sit and work.
2. The most horrible part of the stay was the WiFI. The moment I connected, it was a non-stop interrupted connection so much so that you can forget working or joining web meetings.
3. When I called the front desk the person Sia or Dia told me to call their tech help desk. So, I called that toll free number spoke to two different tech agents in a span of 3 - 4 hours and spent on an average 20 - 30 minutes each time. Granted the tech person tried to help but then told me there are a lot of guests at the hotel so wifi keeps dropping. That was the worst and it shows how careless this hotel is about wifi. Without a proper wifi connection how is it even possible to use the hotel?
In the end, I called the booking company. the initially told me their written script that it is not refundable, call tomorrow etc. But I pushed hard and asked them to get me the refund ASAP.
I was given refund for two days but the hotel would not refund for the day of checkin. Even though, my experience was miserable due to their horrible wifi.
I would book at this place again nor recommend anyone to use this hotel
