  The management at this Best Western Inn was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. The way I was treated as a guest was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a hotel. If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider the current management team and evaluate whether they are the right people to represent the property. Good management should treat guests with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope the owner takes guest feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes to improve the management and customer service.

  The Staff that checks you in and handled any questions that I had were wonderful. And when it comes to breakfast, they assist you and ensure that you have everything you need, especially the Belgium Waffles. Thank very much!

  Automatic kiosk person was very rude and demanding. Asked questions and than once I answered them asked the person there to verify. Why ask me if you are you going to get someone ask to ask me.

  Convenient location. Service is great from staff when they are present, but they use that annoying kiosk with the remote agent. Rooms have a number of maintenance issues, they are not being proactive about that. Breakfast was good, a ton of variety. Overall, not a bad choice but I would expect more at the price point.

  We booked this place while traveling thru town. We got two rooms and our friends went on to their room after check in. The room they were given was already occupied and needless to say, they weren't exactly sleeping. My husband obviously went downstairs to the front desk to be like wth, you gave us a room with people already in it. How does this even happen?! I hope those people at least got a free room after that. Then this morn our TV came on by itself about 630am. (Remote was by the TV.) After what happened the night before, we sat straight up in the bed thinking someone had been giving our room key also, then the TV just turns back off. Cannot say that I recommend staying here at all!!!
