  DOUBLE BOOKED WITH NO REFUND. The stay was fine. Upon check-in, the receptionist said she didn’t have my trivago booking. I showed her my booking confirmation. She says hold on and comes back and says we’re good to go, sign this piece of paper and takes my card. I assumed everything was fine and that she needed the card for a deposit. I realize the next day I was not in the room I booked looked into it a little bit more and realized she charged me for a whole brand new room and disregarded my trivago booking. When I brought it to their attention, they said will give you a refund. That was back in August. They would’ve happily kept my money if I didn’t get an email from trivago. They still have not issued a refund

  I had a good trip here with my wife and kid but one hiccup soured the experience. We had a great stay, the location is great and is close to charming parts of Asilomar. Only issue is that after we checked out 2 hours later we realized we left a wedding band on the bathroom sink. We returned and talked to the staff, the room was even still being cleaned but on careful inspection the ring was nowhere to be found. I followed up with the staff and I believe they did their best but to no avail. It was unfortunate to lose something that has personal value. So can’t really say it was a good experience.

  Zimmer sind soweit recht sauber und sehr gross, allgemein aber etwas in die jahre gekommen. Dafür aber relativ ruhig, da nur 3 Zimmer in einem flur. Frühstück ist aber sehr naja... man wird satt, mehr auch nicht. Weissbrot, Waffeln, abgepackte Nutella ect. Der Kaffee war brutal... kommt aus einer Art cola-automat, für den ersten Koffeinschub gehts so. Kudos an den netten rezeptionisten der mir umsonst wasser für die 1. Nacht rausgegeben hat, da ich kein Cash dabei hatte (kam direkt vom airport, da sehr spät gelandet)

  J’ai trouve que ce complexe est très bien, reposant. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant, même plus. Seul bémol, la lumière de la toilette ne fonctionne pas. Je le signale, qui se lève pour aller voir puis se Russie. Ce n’est pas urgent a ce point. Le soir, vers 19h rien n’a change. Je le signale a l'hôtesse d’accueil qui fait celle qui n’a rien compris. Peut être vont-il se servir de ma caution pour réparer la lumière. Demain, je quitte ce lieu.

  Sorry no room service as far as i know. there is maid service every day. Great place. I’m coming back here again.
