  Bonita habitación, limpia, el trato del personal bueno, cordial, lo único malo que me dijeron que debía pagar 10$ más por el parking , y eso me molestó y es el único hotel que cobra el parking, no debería ser, En la noche me preocupe por mi auto porque lo había dejado en otro estacionamiento cerca del hotel y fui a pagar los 10$. Y dejar el auto cerca de mi en el.parkinh del hotel , y el joven de recepción me dió el pase para el auto y no me cobró el parking, eso es Ser Empático y Amable , solidario, por eso que estoy dando 4 estrellas al hotel , porque ya le iba a poner 1 nomás por lo del parking. El chico actuó bien , Pero los dueños o el administrador del hotel no se que le pasa por la.cabeza , quieren espantar a la gente o que ?

  I would like to give a special thank you to Azucena and Norma for their excellent work in the hotel kitchen. They prepare delicious breakfast meals with care and attention to detail. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Their hard work and friendly service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Azucena and Norma, for doing such a wonderful job! I would totally recommend friends and family to stay here!

  Such a pleasant place to stay. Our room was clean and the beds cozy. The pillows could be different as they gave my daughter a stuff neck. The complimentary breakfast had waffles which had a heart ❤️ in the middle for syrup, scrambled eggs, different breakfast meats and potatoes each day along with fresh oranges, breads like bagels and English muffins for toasting, cereal. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but it was beautiful as was the courtyard which had the floors balconies open for a nice view. We would happily go back and stay again.

  I'm Currently staying at this hotel, the rooms are definitely spacious. The water is very bad in the photos as you can see. Poor quality, I mean would you drink it? Also, the pool is green with bugs floating all over. Obviously no one is taking care of this. So basically, buy your own water if you are going to stay here. And maybe you want to go use a different pool. We are here for 8 nights with 2 children, so this really does suck.

  Our breakfast each and every morning is outstanding! Norma provides such welcoming and wonderful service each time we see her, and we’ve been here for three days with another three to go. Even when the breakfast room is filled with guests, Norma is constantly catering to the guests, cleaning, changing out food items, and still took the time to greet us, and show us true ‘aloha spirit’, even here in California. It’s been a long time since we had such great customer service.. to top it off, hot breakfast, cold cereals, waffle maker, multiple juice options, and my favorite… mocha and latte maker! Mahalo for the service Norma!
