awakened by a mosquito bite resulting in a swollen right eye area. kept awake by mosquitoes buzzing my ear thus had to sleep literally under my sheets. had a disability accommodating shower that overflowed away from shower area causing a slip hazard. damp smell AC/fan. excellent front end staff. centralized, accessible location.

The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and the room decor is very nice plus well maintained and clean. The big beautiful Redwoods are an added bonus.

Unfortunately, I only stayed here for one night. This hotel certainly surpassed my expectations, from the service at the front desk during check in, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the great amenities and the hardworking housekeeping staff my stay here was very enjoyable. I find myself planning another trip to Napa specifically just to stay here again.
