  I initially thought this was a nice place to stay this was my second stay at this location, however during this stay I woke up to a huge roach crawling across the floor of my room, I had to chase it down and kill it. I took pics and videos and brought the issue to the attention of the front desk who said they would let the manager know. Hours later at checkout I brought the issue up again and they said the let the manager know about the issue she pointed at him and we both looked at him waiting for him to address the issue, he looked at us and looked away with no interest in addressing the situation. I paid and left regretting my stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE

  This place is gross! Very dirty and run down. The front desk clerk that checked me in was the highlight of the stay. She was very nice and efficient. I didn't try it, but they do offer a free breakfast. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you were in a tough spot. There are other, nicer hotels for the same price in the general area.

  Night time check in person was great. But the morning checkout woman was somewhat surly. Room had a large tear in the blackout shade which looked directly into the cars in the lot. The deadbolt came off in my hand when I tried to lock it. The internal mechanism had black tape on it. The door didn't close all the way. Pretty sure this was an old issue. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but there were plenty of people smoking on the balconies and in the parking lot. Breakfast was a huge fiasco. One woman was running around trying to do everything while 2 other women were behind the desk doing nothing. No coffee cups. Ran out of eggs, breads and potatoes. No butter or cream cheese. Juice machine ran out. Long lines of people waiting to get anything. Also seemed to be a sketchy neighborhood. No security personnel in sight. Automatic light at entrance turned off immediately. Door looked like it had been broken into.

  Worse than Motel 6. So many examples of uncleanliness that I cannot list them here. I felt gross the whole time having to sleep in the hard beds provided but didn’t even want to shower there. Reserved one of their “suites” and cut our stay short, even though no refund was given, could only stand one night.
