If you like trains and noise at night and early in the morning, this is the place for you! If you actually want to sleep you should probably look elsewhere. The noise is so bad that they actually provide earplugs for you so you can sleep. I wish I was joking. It's too bad the earplugs don't work. The breakfast is decent, though, so when you get up in the morning exhausted from not sleeping you have that to fall back on.

During our stay Cassandra (Cass) the night lady went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing!!!! Thank you Cass we will make sure to come back to see you!
one of the worst "hotels" I stayed.
it's a motel, not a hotel.
noisy! close to street, you can hear anything (like regular walk) from upstairs
TV doesn't work.
AC control panel doesn't work, you have to turn it on from the AC itself.
It smelled,,.
Even the tissue didn't seem to be new
horrible bed (not sure what's going on, very soft and you would sink)
Absolutely ridiculous. flight got delayed and tried to call the hotel. Called for an hour by selecting existing reservation, no one answered. Then called new reservation. Someone answered but after stating my request, she just hung up on me.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Riviera in Palo Alto. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I really appreciated how smooth everything went from start to finish.
The location was also a big plus—convenient and close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
