  I was working in Campbell and originally had a hotel booked near San Jose that didn't work out, so I ended up staying here instead. I'm glad I did! The location is excellent—right off the freeway (but surprisingly quiet), just minutes from Downtown Los Gatos, and only about 25 minutes from the coast. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, which is always a plus. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and the waffles were so good! I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm working in the area.

  It was clean but old & dated. Very thin walls & parking lot noise would be an issue for lite sleepers. There was breakfast but didn't try it.

  We recently stayed 1 night here.When we arrived the front desk was unattended.After awhile a woman showed up,it appeared that she had been in the back room eating because she had crumbs on her mouth.There was a sign saying there was construction going on.We didnt think it was a big deal until we were awakened at 6am the next morning due to the construction workers vehicles.Again we thought no big deal,we just got up early and went to breakfast.When we returned to the hotel, the driveway entrance was blocked with asphalt.The workers told us to drive over it,Our car is low sitting and was not able to clear it.After reaching out to the manager Summer Katona to ask for a refund for 1 night.She took 2 weeks to get back to me.Infact she didnt respond until I contacted corporate.She refused(we actually only stayed 1 night,paid for two.Poor customer service, the rooms are dated,the pool area is small and dirty.The Best thing going on is the restauraunt next door.
