  I must start with the wonderful service from the staff. They are so responsive and honest. I left some personal items there and they quickly helped me recover them. Great staff!! Rooms are very clean and there are lots of nice options to walk to and get a bite to eat. Also, the grounds are nice. I’d definitely stay again!

  *Please have cleaning people scrub the bathroom better. Especially the shower. There was so much mold. (room 106) we did not even bother taking a shower the next morning. We did not even take our socks off our one night stay. And now that I think about it, that is probably why the room had a funny smell. Or maybe it was the dirty carpet. * We were one of the first for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast could have been better and hotter. The attendant spent the 1/2 hour that we were there talking to a hotel guest instead of making sure food was being replenished + I chose Best Western instead of the few other hotels in the area, not because of the price, but because it had the best reviews. We were very disappointed The woman at the front desk at check in was very nice and funny too I have never written an unsatisfactory review. I really felt like this was really warranted. I was so disappointed. I could probably dealt with the dirty carpet, unsatisfactory breakfast, other peoples clothing in the drawer, the dark and gloomy lobby, but the mold and the smell was a deal breaker. I have photos of the bathroom but there is not an option for me to share with you I really don't think Best Western Liberty Inn will be my first choice the next time we come up to visit the Hard Rock Casino. I think that I should be refunded at least 50% of what I paid. I will be sharing this review with Corporate Best Western.

  The rooms here are very clean and crisp. It looks like Everything but the carpet has been recently updated. Pool and jacuzzi are open 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. guest laundry Israeli reasonably priced and the machines work excellent. Also the water in the showers is soft water and makes your shower feel really great. This is one of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at
