  The location is awful right next to 880 not the best area and very noisy. The elevator was out of order and an ice machine was broken.

  I often stay at different hotels in this hotel chain. Overall, the rooms are clean, tidy, and free of any unpleasant odors. However, the sink is very small, which makes it inconvenient to wash up. The bathroom door is difficult to close. The pool is clean and well maintained. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no laundry machines, even though the hotel listing stated that laundry facilities were available when I made the reservation. Breakfast was average—not great, but not bad either. Considering how many guests stay at the hotel, they should provide a larger selection and prepare more food. By the time we finished breakfast, other guests came in, but there was almost nothing left for them to eat. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but I hope these issues will be improved in the future.

  I was allowed to check in early, which I appreciated. But there was hair on my pillow and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. I got my period on the sheets, pulled the sheets off, and requested housekeeping. I came back to find they simply remade the bed. Now I question whether the sheets were fresh to begin with. I think the eggs they serve are powdered or something because the texture is wrong.

  Overall I felt safe staying here. I appreciate the parking lot is lit up so brightly at all times and that there was plenty of space. We were in a non smoking room however our room smelled like it wasn't. I think the carpets need a good cleaning because there's a lingering smell every time I'd walk into my room. I brought my own cleaning products so that definitely helped the smell. Some more positives about here is that the breakfast was good. The spread was nice and the kitchen lady made sure that there was plenty of everything. I loved the self serve waffle bar. Breakfast spread was waffle, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, apple juice, OJ, water, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. Awesome job. My party and I always made sure to thank the women in charge of the kitchen because they did an amazing job.
