  Pretty average experience. We had the standard various things that didn’t quite work properly like the toilet that continued to run unless you pulled the handle back up. There was no fan/vent in the bathroom and the door won’t stay open. The main door SLAMS shut which made navigating with a baby a little more cautious (maybe most doors do and I’m just now noticing it). But they did offer a Pack n Play which was nice (we didn’t use but glad to know there was one on hand). Breakfast was the same you’d expect at most places where it’s included. They had a little market to purchase small snacks and drinks which was convenient but wish there had been just some water bottles and ibuprofen for purchase as well. Staff were great! Staff were always kind, available, and helpful. One member took the time to help me figure out the charging in the lot and then confirmed with me when I came back in to make sure I was all good.

  The hotel is modern and clean and very nice. There’s a pub next door and it’s really close to downtown and all its amenities. But there seems to be only one person that works there. There’s a check in kiosk that hasn’t been working any of the times I’ve been there and the single employee can take 10-15 mins to wander over from wherever she was to the front to check people in. If there were more people at the desk to help this place would check all the boxes.

  Indrani is the best Customer service was five star!!! She works up front and went the xtra mile for me. My stay was wonderful. Please make sure she knows how wonderful she is

  Very up to date motel, but amazingly no USB ports in the room. Restaurant next door was adequate.

  I had a very positive experience with Erika at the front desk during our check in process. It was so smooth and such a joy and a pleasure to speak with her - just what we needed as weary travelers looking for a place to rest and explore!
