Medicore, over-priced (even with Expedia discount), and disappointing.
Front desk staff provided no information about hotel at check-in (wifi, breakfast, room location, check-out time) and even tried to send me the "door code" by email. This is not an independent hotel but a Best Western and no longer uses key cards. She struggled to find a pen and paper when I insisted she write it down.
The room has no written hotel information--only a placard with a QR code that, when scanned, takes you to a pdf with no useful information, not even check-out time. There are also no glasses in the room--only paper cups. We drank our wine out of them. Disgusting. The room is not sound-proofed on any side, letting in horrible noise starting at 7:00 AM from slamming doors, maid carts, and cries of "Housekeeping!" coming from the hall. From upstairs, stomping feet could be heard all night. Breakfast has horrible bitter coffee and no actual milk.
Worst part was at check-out there was no one staffing the desk. We we "greeted" by an Indian man from overseas speaking to us through an ATM-like screen with an AI-generated background resembling the rear of the front desk area.
What on earth has happened?

Super expensive for a "signature collection" best western that's just a best western that's fake clean with decor?? And then to extend a night would be 500 more dollars (we didn't ask bc we liked the hotel's amenities but rather just wanted more time exploring the area). But cleaning service hadn't come when promised they would and there's nothing that makes this "suite" a "suite" aside from a king bed. There is also no one manning the front desk once the sun sets but they're in the cafe area watching tv. The room's phone didn't work when I tried using it to call the front desk for new sheets (our pillows had very noticeable stains). And all in all, nothing felt luxe or nice or even really separated this from a run down motel aside from having the pub and fun stuff next door? The complimentary breakfast was edible at most, makes sense it being free. Truly the only thing going for this BW is Cameron's pub and stuff next door and the location overall.

The room was great, but I was sold on the hotel because the owner photos made it seem like there is high quality breakfast with fresh OJ, but that’s not the case. Just normal hotel breakfast, what a tease.
If the owner is willing to remove misleading photos I’ll change my rating.

Absolutely unacceptable.
I pulled back the sheets and found hairs throughout the bed. After removing the bedding, I discovered the mattress was covered in what appeared to be urine stains, blood stains, and a large diarrhea stain.
Housekeeping had clearly seen this. Instead of replacing the mattress, they simply covered it and rented the room anyway.
The hotel had no other rooms available, and there were no nearby hotels accepting reservations that late, leaving me with no choice but to stay or sleep in my car.
Their solution was to put two undersized twin mattress protectors on a queen mattress and call it fixed.
The stains were so severe that I flipped the mattress over, only to find more staining on the other side.
This wasn't an accident. This was a conscious decision to rent a room with a mattress that should have been thrown away.
I woke up feeling sick.
Disgusting.

Op zich prima hotel. De pub op de hoek is handig voor een snelle hap in een bijzondere atmosfeer. Ontbijt is teleurstellend. En typisch Amerikaans: plastic fantastic... Wat is er mis met normaal serviesgoed, echt bestek en kannen met sap met echte glazen...? Voor de prijs die je hier betaald, niet goed genoeg.
