  We came for the Renaissance far and there were no rooms available so Tina who was at the front desk held our food in the fridge for us and held our bags while we were at the fair. When we were at the fair Tina put our bags in the room for us and let us check in later when we got back. When we got back Michaela was working the front desk and was an amazing help in every way. We tried to tip her and she refused. Those two women made this trip amazing and brought back actual customer service. I would 1000% recommend this location. Thank you Tina and Michaela!!

  We stayed away for a while, but recently returned and had two great experiences within the last month. It’s nice to be back! What sets this location apart is great service from Tina and Michael, we appreciate you very much. The hot tub was not as warm as it used to be, hopefully they can turn the temperature back up a few degrees.
