  Be very careful when you’re purchasing a fragrance with this store, they do not tell you that you will get your money back even when you didn’t open the package. they tell you that you will get store credit. I got basically stuck with my fragrance without the sale rep telling me about it after I told her “How long do I have to get my money back and she said 30 days”, when I went to the store they basically told me it’s a STORE CREDIT.

  When I made my purchase, the staff never bothered to mention that their return policy does not give you your money back. Instead, they only offer store credit. I brought the item back in its original packaging within the timeframe with my receipt, fully expecting a standard refund, only to find out my money is essentially trapped with them as a credit note. A policy like that should be clearly explained by the sales associates at the register before you buy, not hidden in the fine print after the fact. Really disappointed with the lack of transparency—I will never shop here ever again.

  I visited the official Byredo store after previously buying a fragrance from Nordstrom. I mainly came to explore more scents and try some samples. Unfortunately, they only had a limited selection of samples available, which was a bit disappointing since I was hoping to discover something new. Byredo is currently my favorite perfume brand, so I was really looking forward to trying more from their collection. That said, the shop itself is very cozy and stylish, and the service was good. I still hope to come back again and explore more next time.

  Justin was amaaaaazing while helping us find scents that we’d like and matched what we were looking for. We’re so grateful for his recommendations and storytelling and that we got to take some samples with us to try them out before buying a full sized bottle. So glad that there was a storefront to visit and that Justin made the whole experience feel so personable, genuine, and helpful.
