  This was a fantastic hotel!!! Super clean lobby with great staff! Emil helped us at check in and he was so kind. He completed our check in the offered bottles of water and snacks. We have not received anything like this at other BW hotels. We were given our room and drove around to the entrance and the parking area and pool area were so clean. The furniture in the pool area was clean and towels were stocked. We got into our room and it smelled super clean. The bed linens were clean, no bugs of any sort. No dust and nothing dirty in the room at all. The fridge and micro worked great. We had a pool side room so we had a cute little patio with furniture to hang out on. The kids loved that! The beds were a little rough but we were able to get good rest. The next morning we had breakfast and the little dining area was super clean. Breakfast was well stocked, had a great variety and we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. We sat out on the picnic area and it was so cute. They had corn hole games, a big connect four and while checking out the lobby we found they have board games to use. Also a reading area, if your coming to stay bring a book for their little library!! I plan on bringing a board game and some books next stay. Our next morning we did thw same thing. We got a great breakfast and then enjoyed playing games. I have not seen this at any other BW hotel. This staff really knows how to make you feel at home. Kris checked us out and was super nice. We only live about 2 hours away but I got a call a while later, that I had left a few items in our room. Theuvwere kind enough to hold them for a week so I could come get them. We definitely look forward to having another stay at this location. We are already booked for next year! All the staff we had interactions with were super friendly and helpful!!! Don't hesitate to stay at this location, it is a great one!

  Had a terrible experience our check-in room we had been downgraded. We moved rooms three times at check-in due to plumbing issues on the upper floor. The sinks and showers would overfill so we had to downgrade. We were told we’d get a refund for at least one of the nights, we were there for four nights I wasn’t asking for much they couldn’t give a free refund on cash so they offered points, which was understandable but when they gave points, they only gave 500 points, but rooms cost anywhere from 25000-50000 points. Not cool… Management never seems to be available. Takes days to get a reply. Very poorly managed and run down location. Unfortunately isn’t much else to stay in the area.

  I wanted to give a special shoutout to the Amele at the front desk who helped us with our stay this weekend. He was consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating, and was able to get us checked in early when we really needed it. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but his kindness genuinely made my day and started our stay on such a positive note. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and I really appreciated his!

  This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it a great choice for families on a road trip who only need a place to stay for one night. We enjoyed plenty of space and a comfortable shower. The breakfast included was a lovely bonus, especially when you’re eager to get going again. If we find ourselves on the next road trip and need a place to stay, we'd happily choose to return.

  Rooms are a good distance from guest services. I wanted a closer room because I like to be closer to the coffee and my internet was lagging. I’m staying here for 9 days and asked for a room that was closer but the clerks are not helpful. Im just told I need to check back after 3pm. Instead of a clerk actually being active about helping. Surely with someone could have helped when I had another 7 days here. It’s 5:30 and I just went to get coffee but the machine is down. I asked the clerk if there was coffee in the breakfast area. She said not until 6am. It seems that if the machine is broken the clerk would care to have coffee available in the breakfast area but these clerks just seem to do the minimum. My room had items that needed repair or replacement but the rooms are clean. Clerks are nice but I’d prefer clerks that are happy to help above someone that just smiles and greets me nicely. I probably would have given this place a great review if it wasn’t for the staff lack of help. It’s just irritating to walk by guest services for them to just smile while they aren’t helping you to be happy with their hotel.
