Ok overall. The ice machine use was loud next to our room at late hours. Get a room further away from that middle area. There were some ants.. the usb outlet was broken but they made up for it by lending a plug.

If you’re looking for a nice, comfortable stay, I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The room was not as clean as we expected, the shower head was leaking, and the drain was clogged. The hot tub was one of the things we were especially looking forward to, but it was not functional during our stay. The breakfast was also extremely underwhelming and offered very little. On top of that, the refrigerator in our room kept making loud noises throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was not worth the money we paid. There were too many issues for us to feel that this was a comfortable or enjoyable experience. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

My personal favorite Best Western. Love the fireplace rooms, the whole theme and it's always clean and comfy.

hotel was nice breakfast was ok , the location is great as there are premium outlets close by if you want to go shopping , only issue i have is that i found a cockroach in my room , everything was good rooms looked clean and roomy but until i saw that it just ruined my stay and it came out when i was eating takeout i ordered. I managed to kill one but another got away
