  The room was good sized, comfortable and clean. No issues with water or a/c functionality. Very close to the airport, restaurants and shopping.

  Water temperature is inconsistent and dangerous for young children, toilet screeches, smoke detectors are covered by plastic, door key intermittently doesn't work, internet is essentially non-existent. Especially important are the water temperature for safety of children and the smoke detectors being covered for safety in general!

  This hotel is very clean, the pool was great, service was awesome, the room was great for 6 people there was a pull out sofa and for the price with a hot breakfast included there is no way you could beat the price!!

  We had a great stay at this Best Western! Very comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and the friendly attendant kept everything filled. Staff were all super helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

  The plumbing in three of the rooms on the third floor was awful. Every single toilet tank screeched four times when the tank refilled and the bowls were super slow to drain. Our tub and toilet were super slow to drain, and the toilet ended up clogging so we had to change rooms at 10pm. (The front desk person initially asked me if it would be helpful if they brought me a plunger. I refuse to plunge a toilet at hotel simply because there is no maintenance man on duty at night!) The second room's door jammed after we came back from breakfast and we couldn't get in until the maintenance man let us know that sometimes you can only open the door if you pull the handle up instead of down after swiping your key card. The lobby of this hotel is nicely remodeled, so it was a shock to find the bathrooms in such bad repair.
