  The room was clean and fine. We were right next to the ice machine so that was a negative for us.

  We've stayed here many times, the last time with a pet. The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable, although I wish there had been a table for eating in the room. Our check-in with Meattea was efficient, she was super friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay!

  IVE NEVER HAD A WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE (-5)stars I was eating breakfast in the lobby when one of the employees came up to me and asked if I was staying in a room. I told him yes, he then started questioning me asking me what name the room was under what my room number was and was being very aggressive towards me. I told him the correct last name and the correct room number, he left came back and told me that name wasn’t on the list(complete bullshit btw) I then told him “sir im eating breakfast with my mother I haven’t seen her in years please leave me alone” he then said “thats not how that works, you need to leave.” I then pointed to my mother and said “sir can you please talk to my mother she is sitting right there and she is the one who paid for the room” he then said again “thats not how that works” he began walking away and I asked him multiple times if he could just talk to my mother while he was walking back to the front desk. He was literally profiling me for being a Gothic Emo and was trying to kick me out of my own room and he was a complete dick about it. If I could give this hotel a negative rating I would. (Oh and after all this I go back to my room and move the table thats in the corner next to the heater, over towards the middle of the room and see the grossest carpet Ive ever seen in the corner of the room as if it hasn’t ever been vacuumed in the history of the hotel opening) IVE NEVER HAD A WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE (-5)stars

  The room smelled like chlorine. Had to open windows and doors to air out. The furnishings and rooms are beat. They only serve breakfast until 9 am.
