  I booked the only room available. It was a two room suite. It had AC in the sitting room only, none in the bedroom. I couldn't open the windows without hearing the semi trucks running their engines on the street below. The only place to sit was a couch which when you sat on it your bum hit the bar for the fold out bed and the seat cusions constantly slid off. There was no table or desk in the room. I was told by staff they would bring a table and fan but I never received either. All this said I did stay in the room for four nights and it was tolerable.

  This hotel was a great experience for both me and my family. Our rooms were clean, and the pool was very warm. The breakfast was also delicious. The koi pond was also delightful and charming.

  Booked a suite but not a single table in there to eat at. Room had a smell, AC didn't work at all and there was a very loud food service truck outside the first night that kept waking us all up. Only stayed here for the Redwood forest. Everything felt unclean here. The only pro was breakfast and the pool / hot tub.

  The key card stopped working so every time it would stop which was like 10 times we would have to walk all the way from outside our hotel room to the front desk after a long day aswell the pond and pools were nice just upset at how many time we needed to reset the card
