  Great hotel, the price to stay was very fair and comes with great amenities. The staff is very kind and helpful. I’d like to give a special thanks to Vanessa, she made my check-in and check-out process smooth and easy, and is very helpful for whatever you may need.

  The room was very clean, the staff were great, very professional. Vanessa at the front desk is extremely helpful and positive, and very nice, and friendly. Management material.

  Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with one of the front desk staff members. She came to us ( Hispanic families ) at the pool accusing our kids / team of running and knocking on doors when our kids / team were all in front of us enjoying the pool . But never went to the other families ( white ) to maybe even mention it to them too . I find that very disrespectful making us feel uncomfortable. She was very rude when we asked for towels , but then again there was enough towels for the others . This was a bad experience.
