  I have always loved this hotel but my current stay the girl who checked me in put me on the top floor on the other side of the building then only put me for one night but charged me for 5 so I had to go get the key rekeyed the first night. Asked for housekeeping she didn’t do that so I had to go get towels. Nothing has gone right

  We got in super late, almost midnight, with young children, and Seth at the front desk was awesome. He was really welcoming and got us checked in in a minute, no fuss. Our room was clean, and the breakfast and coffee were good enough to get us going for our next trip. Definitely recommend for a stopover, and we'd totally come back.

  Vanessa! Yes! House Cleaning! Yes! I flew in this morning for a wedding this afternoon and Vanessa managed to get me into a room by Noon! I was able to shower and dress and head out to the wedding on time!!! The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Thank you Ladies! You are all so appreciated 🥰❤️❤️

  Have been staying here for two months now due to work purposes and will be here for another 3 months. I'm very pleased with Vanessa's work ethic she has been very welcoming and helpful always is taking care of any issues me and my crew might have. The breakfast is always great and she always has everything ready and very clean. Thanks to her being so kind and very professional my crew and I will be staying here the whole 5 months of stay due to our work in town.

  I’ve been staying at the Best Western Dixon for work for about three years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. I’d especially like to recognize Vanessa at the front desk. She is always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She takes the time to talk with guests and makes everyone feel right at home. After a long day at work, it’s always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. She always has my reservation ready when I arrive, and I’ve never had any issues getting a room. She’s also very attentive to the breakfast area, making sure everything is prepared, fully stocked, and ready for guests every morning. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing excellent customer service. I’d also like to thank the housekeeping staff and everyone else on the team. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and ready on time, and the entire hotel is consistently quiet, well-maintained, and welcoming. It’s obvious that everyone works together to make each guest’s stay enjoyable. After staying here regularly for the past three years, I can confidently say this is one of the best Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful hotel with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend the Best Western Dixon. Thank you, Vanessa, and thank you to the entire staff for your hard work and dedication. You truly make every stay feel like home. Five stars, well deserved!
