  1. our programmable key card did not work. So I'm standing outside in the cold. When I call to ask to speak to corporate customer service, the lady at the front desk, Sunday @ 9:25 pm, responds with "what's the problem, it's not in our control when the cards don't work. Really?? I asked to be connected to customer service to voice my dissatisfaction with the situation & she hung up on me. What would happen if our credit card didn't work? Then, we walk in to an unmade bed, no cleanup service is provided. Yikes, this is not a well managed or run operation. The breakfast is not worth eating. The eggs aren't real ehgs... I'm so disappointed 🙂‍↕️ You don't deserve the word "Best" in your name. Call it Worst Western!

  Probably one of the worst hotels in the area. Front desk attendant is loud, nothing in the room works, nice long hairs across the bathroom, ice machine not working, no toilet paper holder, first time a toilet didn’t work for me. For as nice as a city this is, this is the worst hotel in the area. Very poorly managed.

  Is the worst hotel? I will never stay here ever again. There’s no elevators and I wanted a lower floor and she said she was sold out and then all of a sudden someone else got a lower room downstairs so I give this a one star just because I feel that she lied to me specially, when I asked her I wanted a lower floor cause there’s no elevators. I will never stay here no one should stay here. She said they’re booked. I don’t believe that.

  Convenient location in Danville, with easy access to Interstate 680, restaurants and coffee shops. 2-story building, without an elevator. I prefer the 2nd floor as many of those rooms are in an interior corridor. Facility is reasonably maintained, reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast is pretty standard. Breakfast area is kept clean with tables and food area tidied often. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Safe area.
